Corporate Social Responsibility

A recruitment leadership community of the most forward-thinking decision makers in our industry.

What matters most to us here...

THE POWER HIVE IS ALL ABOUT COMMUNITY

We want to ensure that the power of connection, built through our recruitment community, is used as a force for good.

We have chosen four inspiring charities to support and celebrate.

Amoria Bond Charitable Trust

Since 2009 we have been delivering meaningful change through charitable endeavours that have a direct and long-lasting impact, including donating over £650,000 to charitable causes and planting over 160,000 trees around the world.

One of our longest standing partnerships is with the charity Project Peru, which supports the residents of Las Laderas: a shantytown in the foothills of Lima where 60,000 people live in extreme poverty. 2 in 10 families in the region live with no housing, and 3 in 5 without an adequate water supply.

Last Night A DJ Saved My Life Foundation

Founded in January 2010, LNADJ strives to change the way people view charitable work through innovative campaigns & initiatives which connect the global dance music community with charitable action in support of children in crisis.

Supporting us is easy, and there are many ways to get involved. You can make an immediate donation, fundraise for us through your own challenge or a Facebook birthday fundraiser, or organise a club night. For corporate partners we offer unique opportunities to collaborate and make a meaningful impact. Joins us today and help us change lives and saves lives.

Charity Boxing Nights By Ric Moylan

The Charity Boxing Nights were created to raise much-needed funds for the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St Mary’s Hospital in Manchester, honouring their dedicated staff for the care, attention, dignity and love given to families in desperate times of need.

Charity Boxing Nights is Ric Moylan’s legacy project.

An annual black-tie boxing event raising life-changing funds for Manchester’s neonatal unit.

Born from personal tragedy, after the loss of Ric’s baby niece, CBN has now raised over £600,000 to support the same unit that fought to save her life.

But this is more than a charity event. It’s a first-time fighter’s journey. A world-class training camp. A night of courage, honour, and community.

Every fighter steps into the ring for something bigger than themselves. Every guest leaves with more than they came for.

And every penny raised gives newborns a fighting chance at life.

Care4Calais

Find out about Care4Calais, a volunteer-run refugee charity working with refugees in the UK, France and Belgium. Explore what we do, who we are and who we work with.

Our incredible volunteers support more than 5000 refugees and people seeking asylum across the UK and northern France. They offer their time to collect and distribute essential items and provide social support, and to help in many other different ways, from replying to messages, to fundraising and admin.

As temperatures drop across northern France, refugees are facing the bitter cold with little more than the clothes on their backs. A warm, waterproof coat is a lifeline, but our warehouse shelves are almost bare. We are desperately short of coats and the funds to buy more.

We cannot stand by and let people freeze. Please, help us provide warmth and dignity to those in desperate need this winter.
