Diversity and Inclusion Charter
We, The Power Hive, Stand Together.
Everyone here without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, education, languages spoken, national origin, genetics, age, basis of disability and any other characteristic protected by applicable law are equal.
We fully support the principles & philosophy of an equal opportunity for anyone within a Diverse and Inclusive environment and we will continue to uphold a zero-tolerance approach against this fundamental equality premise with anyone.
You can be confident that we remain vigilant on this with everyone, not just The Power Hive team itself, but further afield with everyone within The Power Hive Community.
The Power Hive Commitment
We will do everything in our power to uphold the above statements and we will review our policies, wording and our actions every quarter to ensure this is a positively liquid position.
We will continue to promote these ideas with everyone, making it very clear what our position is, promote this here on the website and in our comprehensive, regular PR & Marketing of The Power Hive.
We will make sure that everyone in The Power Hive Membership is regularly aware of our position as we review this each quarter and we will proactively encourage everyone within The Power Hive community to positively approach their own position within Diversity & Inclusion.
Personal Message from The Power Hive Founders:
A good friend said to us: “I can’t believe we’re still having these conversations” and yet it seems progressively more important rather than any sign of dissipation.
Thankfully, we have a large audience of Recruitment Business Owners and as part of that and even wider audience of both their teams and the wider recruitment industry where our actions and behaviours through our D&I Statement holds us all to account.
The Power Hive will provide the platform to discuss how we can all become better educated on these issues. I hope we can all work together to effect real change and progress going forward.
