Co-founders of Optimise L&D Franc Petrini & Richard Bradshaw have over 30 years’ combined experience in the recruitment industry. They have demonstrable career paths encompassing the highs (and lows) from trainee consultants through to business directors. With international recruitment management experience within both boutique start-ups and corporate entities, they can empathise with industry leaders and their challenges with building efficient L&D functions.
Richard started his recruitment career in 2005 and grown from a resource role in a specialist IT business within Adecco through to company director with expertise across both permanent and contract markets.
Franc directed his career in 2007 towards helping recruitment businesses develop their own leadership and management teams. Drawing on his experience within large global corporates including the likes of Sthree PLC, Vodafone, British Airways, Danone, BT and AXA. His ILM and CPD accredited learning programmes has led to working partnerships with Ashridge and Henley Business Schools, and Columbia University internationally.
